CharacterOS provides tools to create, manage, and generate consistent character assets using AI. Features and availability may change. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Your Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You must have the rights to any material you submit.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services including Google APIs.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
